Welcome to L2D Driving School. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services provided through it. By registering an account or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About Our Service

L2D Driving School offers learner driver instruction in and around Muswell Hill, London. This website allows prospective and current students to:

  • Create a personal account and public profile
  • Write, read, and interact with student reviews
  • Leave comments on reviews
  • Book driving lesson appointments (approved students only)
  • Contact the instructor directly via the contact form

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to register for an account and to take driving lessons in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

4. User Accounts

When you register you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account with others or allow any third party to access the site on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or provides false information during registration.

5. Reviews and Comments

Registered users may submit reviews of their experience with L2D Driving School and leave comments on other users' reviews. By submitting content you confirm that it is:

  • Honest, accurate, and based on genuine first-hand experience
  • Free from offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language
  • Not spam, advertising, or unrelated promotional material
  • Not in breach of any third-party intellectual property rights

6. Appointments

Appointment booking is available to registered students who have been approved by the instructor. Booking is handled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. By using the booking system you also agree to Calendly's own terms of service and privacy policy.

Please give adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of your lesson fee. Contact us directly with any booking queries.

7. Contact Form

The contact form on this site is processed by Formspree, a third-party service. By submitting the form you acknowledge that your name, email address, phone number, and message will be transmitted to and stored by Formspree before being forwarded to us. We will only use your contact details to respond to your enquiry.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the logo, and design — is the property of L2D Driving School or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent.
